I was denied a stay, and did not get a refund

The worst property that I have stayed at any place. The rooms are shabby...small....without any proper light...no proper breakfast...some parathas brought from nearbybshop is served with cold tea....should immediately get this property taken away from it's site...why should one pay so much amount for such terrible stay...

Worst stay, every thing is bad except the drinking water. There where no choice of food, unprofessional staff.

1. Worst experience ever faced, staff have no sense of responsibility also does not know how to talk. I have included breakfast in the stay but that also i have informed them also after informing they did not sent the breakfast and arguing that i have not told them that it was included! does that not visible to them on the invoice? i extended my stay for a day then they said they will give the breakfast the next day as it was missed a day before but again in the morning the staff stars arguing that we can’t give you breakfast you would have told on that day itself about this and when asked about the refund the reply from the staff was you would have ask the refund on that day itself. Also there is no network here ! i would not suggest anyone to stay here.

Not good, well i have nothing to say about this. The staff is nit at all cooperative and also they are bit rude

When i enter in room i got room is not cleaned and tv is not working also bathroom is not cleaned they waste our two hour to fix everything water is not there

I traveled with my family and my experience was worst staying in that hotel. Receptionist guy was so arrogant we handed over our room key for room service to them at 10am and when we returned back at 5:30 pm the room was mess. After asking for the room service the receptionist was making excuses and was talking rubbish instead of having an apologetic behaviour.

First thing. No particular landmark to find hotel and when you call to property they will cut call and not answer. Don’t book. Nothing is according what they have shown in pictures and details even hotel is more cheaper than what the show

Well cleaned and hygiene with excellent service

Stay is good and affordable, neat and clean. I already typed 30 character and on that time also received same msg of 1400 rs discounts now give me discount coupon of 1400

To start with, the staff at the hotel are totally non friendly and of minting natured. I reached an hour early and they charged me extra for the same. The room I was allowed was absolutely dirty, the bedding were stinking and stained and so was the bathroom. Even drinking water you do not get without a charge at this horrible hotel. I spent almost too much for this crappy place and I totally regret it as there are tons of better hotels at half of this price.

Expensive not Worth it.
