Horrible service. Just avoid it.
New property, no enough staff appointed. Those who are there are inexperienced, and v rude. Non cooperative for anything u ask. Asked for extra room, though it was available, told not possible, giving reason that they have to clean it later, as they have bookings. Next day. No proper food available there in resort, they telling, 1 chapati is given in veg thali, and no sweet, curds nothg was given in thali. Complimentary breakfast was bad, just 1 item, poha, and tea. And no proper service of food. No water provided during food. No response on phone intercom. No indoor games for kids. Didn't allow us to play in lawn too. They owners were themselves there for new year celebration, but they didn't help much. First told they wud have some music event for new year, so we left everything and came back to resort night to see nothing was arranged !they don't even have a printed menu card to give. Nobody responded on phone. They were not even sorry. It is 15 km away from main city. With no hotels to eat around also. As it is new venture, everything is naive, owner told it's not even inaugurated still. So better avoid this for now. I request mmt to remove their listing too.
