I felt lil sad bcz I already booked my room and they said that no rooms available here it’s very sad at midnight and also MakeMyTrip helps us by shifting to other room

Rooms were dirty with no facilities fan did not have a regulator to reduce or increase the speed the tv didn't work asked for remote n that was of no use toilet was the most dirtiest

They didn’t gave me room when i went for checkin i didn’t even get a refund and they weren’t good enough too i had to stay in other hotel

Worst experience with Relax Stay hotel when you reach hotel, they demand for extra money and adds unnecessary charges forces to have extra bed facilities that too on the floor pathetic service and unethical business!.

Very bad experience from hotel side. I booked the ticket and paid full amount, but when i reach the hotel they will ask for extra money.

The property is best for unmarried couples. Mr. Rakesh is very friendly and helpful. Overall it is okay property for short stay

Toilets windows not covered or half covered with cardboard sheet, We covered with clothes and took bath. Rooms are not good. One of the worst rooms, I experienced worst, going forward I will not prefer.
