Clarks Inn Express Baddi

It was horrific experience from the as i have booked the room for my father and in the mid of the night someone knocked the door when asked then staff told that its water bottle and he was told that he hadnt ordered, again after some time there was another knock the same instance was repeated and then he complained to the customer desk, then after some time someone tried to forcefully open the door from outside and pushed the door. My father who is a heart patient was totally feared. In the morning when my father told about the instance i reached the hotel but they were not surprised it was just like a normal instance for them and we have left the hotel instantly. We have never faced such instances in any stay.

It was good but food despite having being given instructions was too spicy i felt i'll.

The hotel is not what is shown to be on the mmt. Executive rooms are not what is portrayed. Warm water not available, taps are not working, keeps leaking. Door mats were not provided out of bathroom, tea bags were not available. On second day the room was not made, when i came back from office it was still the same with non made bed, dinner plates on table, bathroom not cleaned. More over hotel takes bookings of big groups, no harm taking but it’s beyond their capacity to handle, everywhere mess, noise. Overall a very bad experience. However one thing i must appreciate is that the staff is very polite and caters to your ask. Same quality they can extend to other things mentioned above. ‘done’

The plumbing and sanitary fixtures needs to be taken care of or replaced

stay is good but morning breakfast is not good

Basic things are missing such as hand towel, toiletries. Will have to wait till 07-40 for morning tea. A lot is required to be done to come to the mainstream.
