I had a wonderful stay in the deluxe room in ooty. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a cozy, modern ambiance. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this stay for anyone visiting ooty.

1.Firstly when we checked in they said there is no power till 5pm and no backup also. This was disgusting . 2.Room door lock was not able to open with the card also. 3.There was no hot water available even though there was geaser.Only warm water was available. Overall very bad experience for 3star property at this price.

The location is good but the hotel needs a lot of improvements. First it looks like the construction is not completed yet, lots of unfinished areas. Many amenities are missing, like bathroom doormats and tea/coffee, sugar, milk powder sachet, room heater. And most importantly regular cleaning is not done, due to no room heating humidity is present and due to that small insects living in the wooden furniture and decorations.

We had 3 rooms booked for a single night stay all 3 rooms had some issue either warm water was not running, or missing toiletteries, unclean room etc etc

Budget stay but not that clean

The stay is average, it's good if you are looking for a budget stay. In pictures the place looks new but it is not that maintained, cleanliness can be an issue, as the weather of Ooty is misty, the rooms and property gets spoiled very fast, there was algae within the property premises. Lenin and furniture was dirty.

familyThe rooms are very good, and spacious. However the hotel is under construction. Food is not available, the rooms lack some amenities like door mat, wifi doesn’t work properly and therefore the tv was also not working. The staff is good and helpful.

Location was outside hard to get auto / taxi it is not what it looks like in photos. No restaurant food joint nearby. Hard stay for family with kids. Swiggy / zomato also delivers food from far which becomes cold till we get it.
