Hotel denied for check in , asking for extra money for check in ... and staff is not ready to talk , and make my trip is uable to solve my problem ... and i have medical emergency thats why i need to stay in that hotel i pay extra charges ... make my trip customer care is not able to solve my problem and doest not give my refund of anything extra 800 ruppee ... which i gave this hotel for check in

My experience was very bad, when i reached there they did not even give me a room. Even after i booked the room they lied to me that there are no bookings and we don't have any rooms availableyes i was standing there for an hour i have requested so much to them please provide me room they provided me two numbers of customer care but no one provides pickup. And on the other number, different persons were receiving the calls. I talked to 5 people from one number and told them my problem they just said that we will solve your problem in two minutes and cut the call and spoke to me so rudely in the last call after 1 hours they asked me to go to another hotel which was three kilometers away from there i was very tired i reached that hotel the name of this hotel was fabhotel church house rohini - hotel in rohini, new delhi and they took 300 rupees extra from me and then provided me the room. I never used again this side my experience with you people has been so bad.

Everything was good.. rooms well clean, washroom was clean, overall a good stay in affordable price.. Abida and Tapan were the best host.. they were quick in resolving any queries..

The staff were fantastic! polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Everything is clean, and there are big sofas. Tidy and relaxed.

The stay was pathetic. Whole hotel is under repair. Furniture was broken. Room was smelling so bad. Matrices were torn. Pols i would recommend never keep such hotels under your name. This spoils make my trip also

Whatever is shown here on google and make my trip, there is nothing here. In the present time, if construction is going on openly, everything is disturbed, not hygienic at all and nothing is as shown, the entire room is dirty.

This is a residential property and not even has the basic hotel facilities available, rooms available only on 3rd floor, empty building, un-stay-able, pathetic scene, no response from the caretaker

Dangerous experience, as pics given totally different hotel. I reach hotel in night 12 clock. For 2nd no lift was there. With luggage i have to go 2nd floor. First of all the atmospheric was not family their. Cant stay with family their. Secondly they also denied for check in. In night 1 clock with my family i was on road. So much dangerous situation. No help from customer care

Instead of booking they charge me 600 extra for the booking plus room was dirty pathetic

The hotel was completely messed up very old and unmaintened room. Bathroom were very dirty. No room service very poor and cleaning of room. They charged 2000 per day. Very unsatisfactory.
