The room bed are not neat and clean, show changes to a new linen, required maintenance,

room no 411 unclean room, bathroom was not properly Clean . it was very bad experience 😔 broken chair ,bedsheet Messy.

experience was completely poor and below expectations. hotel is broadly missing cleaningness and overall service. they are charging for empty plates and spoons. these details no where mentioned in the policies. bed, cushions, chairs are untidy and badly unhygienic. Not recomended to anyone.

Good experience. Stay was nice. Nice location. Near whitefield. Access to many restaurant and shops in the vicinity. I would suggest to keep bathrooms more clean !

The hotel was ok, but the service and cleanliness was really bad. They even charged for the water bottle and no proper washroom amenities were available.

Staff is cooperative and nicely behaved. But i noticed a bit compromise as far as cleanliness and service is concerned.

While the stay was ok, i dint find the bed linens and toilet very neat. Service can be better. Unless asked they don't help with luggage or anything even if they see us struggling.

The staff is not supportive at all. And rooms are not well maintained. I have a terrible experience with staff behaviour.

Stay was good but i think only issue was bathroom, it was having low quality fittings and some of them were not even working properly

The state of the room was highly unsatisfactory in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. The bedsheets and pillows were in an appalling condition, far below acceptable standards. Upon requesting replacements, the new items provided were of an even worse quality.

The bathroom was not clean enough. Even the bucket and mug inside the bathroom was really untidy.

Stay was ok the hotel has spent a lot on centralized ac they should instead spend money on cleanliness and sanitization found flies dead and cockroaches
