Balakrishna Nilaya (Single Bedroom)

The property located in a peaceful area, we can easily with Google map. The property was nice and clean. The staff was very good they were very much helpful and cooperative. We didn't face any problem over there. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this property to others.

The rooms were good and the location was good. The only issue was regarding hygiene. The washroom was not too hygienic. They lacked on Western washroom WC but one can have option for Indian washroom if they are comfortable.

The property location was a bit hard to find for the first time but the staffs were well behaved and courteous. The property can be improved on their basic hygiene and cleanliness. Overall it was good to stay with friends.

Hospitality is good, rooms are clean, locality is great, accessible to main places

Nice stay for 3-4 days. Neat rooms and bathrooms. They can add more facilities such as water kettle or geysers for the rooms.

Hotel is good and near to market and Beach so can easily. Can improve some of the basic Eminities like drinking water, wifi, cleaning etc which is currently missing

Location of the property was really good and easy to find. The caretaker was helpful. Rooms were comfortable and facilities were up to the mark. Cleanliness needs improvement. Overall it is a recommendable property.
