The food was average Air conditioning in Dorm 8 was not working. No cooling. Staff was nice and polite but if the above and basic cleaning is not in place, it does not have an impact as you would expect from a big chain.

Horrible stay. The wifi in my dorm wasn't working. The guy at the reception was least bothered. We planned to stay for 2 nights. Due to thus horrible Zostel we cancelled one day and left early. I am never gonna stay in a zostel ever

The bathroom flush was not working properly, there were no basic amenties like toothpaste and comb which every hotel has. There were no refrigerator facility in cottage or outside so we can keep our water bottles.water was not coming properly from shower, this few things could be improved.

Basis my prior experience with zostel ( panchgani and lonavala) i went ahead with this one as well. But this is completely upside down from my prior experiences. The staff and services are subpar. Ideally tgey should limit the crowd till 20 yrs old as beyond there is mismatch in capabilities. If you are looking for experience then please avoid. If you are some bagpacker or random traveller then may check

Zostel gokarna was perfect hygienic well maintained Being located near kudle beach makes it easier to walk to the beach and treks and cruise rides conducted by zostel team is the cherry on top If you are a small group new to gokarna and activities then zostel is very convenient.

The location was amazing and so was the cafe. The cottage room was charged higher than it should have been. The washroom and the amenities in the room was very poorly maintained and not good quality, definitely not work 4,000.

the locality of the property was beautiful and the property in itself is amazing the rooms are spacious but the bathroom were too small, hanging the clothes were a big issue. the food was good and the price was also reason. But reaching the property is a hassle there are no roads it is all broken and it ia very uncomfortable.!

The property's location is luxurious for any group or an individual because it is in the seaside. We have some really good staff who are doing their best to keep the vibe of the hostel cultural alive. Shoutout to Aditya and Mo Thanks Zostel❣️

Property was at fantastic location. Amenities, services and ambiance were excellent. If I’ll go to gokarna again, I’ll prefer this property only. Only shortcoming is the property’s restaurant. It is overpriced and they sell MRP products at higher cost. Like a product with MRP Rs. 125 is sold at Rs. 200.
