Service are too much bad. I had book for 3 day after 2 day they remove all my luggage to reception without my presence in reply manager of property says you have to change room. According to they don't have this right.

Its a very good property at a prime location near to Baga Beach which is walking distance away from many attractions such as Titos lane, but its maintained very badly, the furniture is old and very shabby, the rooms do not have proper ventilation and the air conditioning is only in the bedroom, also they have a very limited staff and room service is poor
