Its good. Caretaker was very good and polite. Bathroom had no mirror. A mirror is must there. Owner should see this. Caretaker refused to clean the room daily. He said he would do it once in 4 days, so my wife did the cleaning daily herself. Nothing much about this property. We will repeat there. Per night charges may be lowered a bit. They are right on the border from where the high prices start.

Nothing was as listed on mm t at the hotel

They didnt give the 2x1 bhk apartment that we booked for 7 adults and 2 children. Instead they gave only 2 bedrooms for this much people. And we had to fight for additional bedrooms at midnight. Second day we had to shift to the room that we booked. It was very much uncomfortable because we came only for 3 day tour and one day was spoiled enough because of this shifting. The staff keeps calling and calling throughout the day and we had to return back from the beach because of their unsystematic behavior

I liked the property. And especially it is good for a small family. And fridge is also available. We can book this stay if you are of two to 4 people also. Liked the cleanliness and host was very polite.

All the facilities available were as per the description. The room was nicely cleaned and had enough space. Al the facilities such as water supply, hot water, air conditioner were working properly. Extra facilities of mattress were also provided and we're in good conditions too. The location of place is nice as it is near to every beach and other facilities such as bike rents etc. Even the caretaker vinod was excellent in his job.

It is very close to calangute beach. Environment remains safe and very cheerful.

If we want to plan in low budget we can prefer this stay.

Room was very dirty all clothes table almira was dirty but room care taker was good

Location is good. Room was clean. There was no room service. Third class stuff was there.

Average stay. If you want cheap stay in goa near beach then its ok. Rooms are too small. Staff is not co operative. If you are going with friends and wants a cheap stay then i will recommend but if you are going with family then i will not suggest. You have to compromise lot.

It was good experience at aspire residency. It was clean apartment and they also provided room sorry on demand. Care taker rohan was very nice person and helping in nature. Whenever we asked for any help he provided help to us for any assistance. It’s overall a good experience thanks

Overall the stay was good. There is parking space for bikes and a working ac and fridge. The only thing that wasn't there was mirror lights, a working tv and extra good mattresses.

I stayed here with my wife on my recent trip to goa during the republic day weekend. We had many reasons to not like it. 1. Location is incorrectly mapped. It is about 500 mtrs away from the calangute beach. Had to check go-ogle maps for sulcar holiday homes instead of aspire holiday homes. But location is still closer to the beach. 2. As per the mm t booking, we were supposed to be in f1, first floor. But we were given g1, ground floor. Which was a very congested room and right next to the main door. No lobby/reception. 3. G1 ground floor had a congested bedroom without any windows. No ventilation, very dark, hot and smelly room. 4. Air conditioning was in the living room, instead of the bedroom. 5. Immediate next door was a chapel, with loud prayer chants in the morning and evening. 6. Hall had a kitchen counter, but could not be used as there were no utensils or induction stove. Only 2 tea cups were provided. 7. Mosquito infestation. Had sleepless nights throughout the stay. Had to buy a mosquito repellant for some relief. 8. No common drinking water facilities. We bought our own water. 9. No wifi connection, poor network coverage for jio and airtel. My wife's vodafone seemed to work on 2g though. 10. Android tv was available in the living room. But no cable connection. And couldn't be used as there was no wifi. I hope the other units in the first floor and above did not have at least few of these issues. But i definitely wouldn't recommend the place for people travel-ling with families. The caretaker fellow helped out with whatever he could, but the problems we faced were bigger than his scope. Since it was a long weekend and availability of other rooms was scarce, we couldn't shift out and had to stay for 3 days.

The property was very clean and hygienic. Rooms sanitized and thermal scan at the check in. Above everything a very comfortable stay and staff very responsive.
