Hermes Resort & Spa

The rooms were wonderful, the staff was great. Food is awesome. There are a few things that worried me about their cleanliness in the pool and kids playing area and few maintenance issues with their spa and bar which was not available. other than that the stay was wonderful.

as mention property details there is no Pub and some other things are missing like housekeeping no proper WiFi no TV room dining charges are too High

Places very badly maintained cockroaches everywhere. It's smells very bad in the lobby. Bathroom is not maintained. Breakfast is bad

see initially I had issue but team has supported lot..Good to place near beach. Over all good. Services support is good

We have stayed here multiple times since few years now. It recently went through a rebranding and became Hermes from Aaryan. We had booked this time a 2 BHK for 4 of us including my wife and parents. This time it was a disastrous stay. Here is why: Rooms are poorly maintained. The false ceiling in washroom is already tattered and heavily curved down due to gravity. Service is bad. Left key with instructions to clean the room for our 2nd day stay but returned in the evening to find it in same condition. Had to call multiple times with couple of hours to get it finally cleaned. The USP of the stay - the water park is supposed to run for 2 hours in the morning from 9 am to 11 but starts only at 9:30 and shuts down in 30 mins. Of course the staff switched it back on after multiple customers reached out. Swimming pool doesn’t seem clean enough and had algae Sewage water keeps seeping out onto the paved parking areas. Looks and smells gross. Pillows and covers have lot of fungus marks. My sister too had booked with us but they got even worse experience with room condition and raised a complaint same evening of check in but no support was provided. They finally left the very next morning and didn’t continue to stay for 2nd day but the staff didn’t offer refund or complimentary stay for next time. Instead offered a different room for 2nd day, which should have been the first thing to do when the complaint was raised the very first evening. There are 3 TVs, 1 in each bed room and 1 in hall. Don’t get excited…none is of use as the recharge isn’t done and the account showed deactivated message. Noteworthy that the TV in restaurant was working fine.

Absolutely poor experience. Smelly room, broken dustbin lead (everytime open the lead with hand put the waste), non-functional AC, non-functional TV, dirty washroom, water park non-functional for the scheduled time. After highlighting these as well no prompt response. Very bad experience. Swimming pool was not cleaned for ages i guess, very slippery not at all advisable for kids. Only food was good, rest all terrible. I had booked my stay for 2 nights but seeing all these decided to check-out after 1 day. Absolutely poor experience. Staff was very cooperative,very kind and helpful but property was not maintained. I booked delux room but they gave us different rooms saying lift is not working for delux rooms.delux room were maintained room but unfortunately we had to settle for less. Still there was no power and we got stuck in lift and my mother has phobia ,it was very frustrating situation. luckily we were able to contact them , after that they turn on the generator and we came out. Felt like i have wasted my money

I stayed in their 1bhk studio. The staff was good and helpful however the room in itself was not upto the mark. The sheets and pillow cover had stains, glasses were not clean. Overall it was okay

The Hotel was neat, tidy, comfortable. The food was really great and the staffs are very polite and helpful. Highly recommend a stay in this hotel. Sighted few peacocks as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful... the Food was great.. We also got an option for early check in and as a special request also got late check-out since I was travelling with a 1 year old son. The place is located around greenish fields which is very refreshing. walkable distance to the kadike beach. Black spots on blanket and pillow if travelling with baby it’s very difficult to stay there not maintained at all I think make my trip should have a look on property before suggesting to customers.

The food is not upto the mark according to the price they had & the AC’ was not working cleaning was not good. Common washroom was smelling

The basic facilities are terrible. Not recommended at all. Not at all worth the price. but it feels that we stayed in 800 rupees room. We informed them 1 hr before arriving , still they didn't clean it properly. Bedsheets & bathroom was way too dirty even after they cleaned

Run down place with very low maintenance. Rooms are in a state of disrepair. Broken tile, moulds on the ceilings and walls. Fungus on the bed sheets. All in all not worth at all.
