There is no name plate in the hotel. We have asked for the different rooms, wherever, hotel staff not provided the good rooms stating that all are rooms are occupied and given the rooms behind reception and rooms are not cleaned. Mobile charging point is not working correctly, fan is not working correctly it is running only one speed.

Difficult to late

The property is difficult to locate as there are no signages. Rooms were of average quality and there was a lot of noise by other guests.

No amenity/facility. No exhaust fan working in the bathroom. Charging points are very loose. The refrigerator is not working. The staff is not polite. Rather he is hostile. Jest avoid this property.

Terrible experience

Hygiene was poor in room. Bedsheets and pillow were not with hygiene and roof top was she-dded and its not as it was in pics. Overall experience in room is very much unsatisfied. Locality looks like terrible while try to reach 1st floor to check in to the room. Receptionist should learn to well interact with guests. He was not terrible but at same time not supportive as well. He would keep smile on face while talking to guests. He seems to be much reserved character and reply back vague for any queries. I totally disappointed with making decision to book this property by looking at pics and description. For same worth i would have stayed in much much better place in panji near fontainhas.

I have been to different hotels. This was the worst hotel l have stayed - The room was dirty and unhygienic, the water was lukewarm, the tumbler had holes in it, the room carpentry was half done, Simple tea you get after 8 am, the lift was old and worn out, On the whole, the room was dirty.

Poor stay.

Rooms are located on the second floor of a dirty old building. Rooms themselves are unclean and unsanitised. No wifi. No breakfast or meals available as given in hotel description. No room service. Do not expect any facilities while booking here. It is nothing but a lodge.
