Good for budgeted stay. Need to focus more on hygiene. Hotel staff need to be more responsive. Overall a decent one for those with limited budget

Excellent location. Present just few meters away from Lake pichola and Bagore ki Haveli. Behavior of staffs is very friendly and welcoming. Especially Mr Gokul, who is very cooperative. Food is very good. Really enjoyed our meal on the rooftop restaurant. Overall it's a budget friendly hotel at a prime location.

The rooms were not well maintained, the towels were not good thread was coming out of it, there was cleanliness issue as well. Overall i won't recommend people staying here

The hotel booking process was easy, hotel was clean and has a fine location, staff was so helpful and friendly.

It was good and make my trip is very helpful in booking. Udaipur is very wonderful and relaxing place.

Very hard to reach, there no parking facilities, not value for money.

Our stay here was not so memorable one. Cons: 1) When we checked-in the floor was all dirty for both rooms which we had occupied. 2) The geysers were working well but at times it took too long for the water to heat up. 3) The water that was complimentary was only while check-in. You have it buy it then next time. 4) The staircase of the hotel is very heightened. Not suggested to stay if you have aged members with you in the trip. Pros: 1) The rooftop restaurant is really nice. It has a view of the palace in the Lake Pichola which is right next to it. The Non-Indian food section is really good with an average review of the Indian food they p repared. This is based on experience, since we had both. The staff was though very limited (only 2-3 people) was courteous, but it was surprising that they did not have bowl in a restaurant when we asked for it (maybe because we the soup we ordered was from Zomato). 2) Also, you can order food from outside and have it on the rooftop restaurant. This was good part on them since they had very limited food options. 3) The staff is courteous but the service is slow and delayed. All in all, the experience of the stay was average. With bad stars for hotel room and good stars for food and staff.

Awesome stay, really picturesque view from the hotel top, everything is at a walking distance except a few places. We loved staying over here. Lovely treatment by the hotel staff. Always ready to help for anything and everything.

Costly food prices and improve food quantities. Room service average. I have stay 6 night but room service once, only pillow cover and bed sheet change.

The hotel was good all amenities were provided was as shown in the picture the view of the lake was very nice from the hotel.

Location excellent. Staff behaviour is very nice and supportive. But they charged so much amount for very small stinky room with very limited amenities and poor cleaning.

No mirror in the room. Food was costly.

Located near the Ambrai ghat which provides beautiful sunset view of the Pichhola Lake and walking distance to most locations and restaurants.

Very good location and view. Hospitality of Mr. Chandraprakash was beyond expectations. I would recommend it to all.

Exactly very good location near Ganguar ghat. Room was clean only problem was they said improve their room facilities and provide food in room also.

Very close to city place and other major attraction.
