Excellent property. Supportive staff and of course our shaukat bhai. The tour manager/vehicle support provider. And all arranged by iqbal bhai. Great superb. Enjoyed the trip.

coupleThe most important part is the distance mentioned in kms related to various place etc are totally wrong and misguiding. The nearby locality of hotel is also terrible and not worth staying

Sorry to inform that we didn't stay at ahmed residency srinagar as we have applied for cancellation one day prior due to regular terrorist attacks in jammu and kashmir and indian governments regular alerts for tourist in the area. We are requesting you for refund of booking amount completely because it is the matter of life safety which must be considered positively. We have also informed through make my trip helpline numbers kindly do the needful.

It is a great budget hotel. The staff is cordial, warm and helpful. Mr. Ahmed is very helpful and easy to reach out to. It is a little far from the city but is safe and away from the city noise. The rooms might be a little small depending on what you choose but they are well furnished and have all the amenities one might need.

terrible experience ever had, the manager gave us a really hard time, there were spiders everywhere in the room, there was no light, the food quality was so poor in the end the manager managed gave us a taxi to go to sonamarg the manager first told us that the taxi will drop you at the zero point but the taxi dropped us at the welcome point of sonamarg and then when we called the manager he told that he thought that the welcome point is known as zero point because of his lack of information we suffered alot and he wasted our whole day our money was everything

familyWe stayed at ahmed residency for 3 nights. It is a nice boutique hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful & nice. It is in skims sour a area which is about 8 - 10 km from the hustle, bustle & traffic of srinagar.

A pleasant stay at ahmed residency i recently had the pleasure of staying at ahmed residency for three nights, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring the valley. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the incredibly hospitable staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making sure i felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my time there. However, it's worth noting that the valley experiences frequent power outages, which did pose some inconvenience during my stay. Despite this challenge, the staff did their best to mitigate the impact, ensuring a smooth experience overall. Located a bit further north of srinagar, ahmed residency offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. While this means you may need to plan your transportation options accordingly, the peaceful surroundings more than make up for the slight inconvenience. In conclusion, i would highly recommend ahmed residency to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming accommodation option in the area. Despite the occasional power outages and its location, the excellent service and lovely amenities make it a worthwhile choice for your stay in the valley.

We recently stayed at ahmed residency. The whole ambience was great and calm. Though it’s at a 12-15 km distance from dal ghat, i would recommend this place if you’re planning to visit further places like gulmarg, sonmarg or pahalgam and still plan to stay in srinagar. Our overall stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and neat.

coupleAwesome, i recommend every family and couple to stay here at-least once u try then u also fan i am saying because i try 3 different hotel in srinagar all r just hotel, but ahmed recidency is the best in this price give all thing what ever u need in winter like electric bed, heater, geyser, ac in reasonable room price compare to other srinagar hotels. If u take this things in others hotels they 5k charge atleast. Reception person adil was also good, always smiley face and ready to help what u need. Highly recommend from my side.
