Zostel Shoja (Jibhi)

It was overall average. Areas of improvement would be food and heating system. I got diarrhoea from the chicken they served and got very uncomfortable on the journey back home. Also its location is very far from most cafes so I won't recommend if u r staying in jibhi

Best for group travel location is perfect

Clean rooms, chill vibes, and super friendly staff! The views were absolutely breathtaking—waking up to mountains and sunsets made it even more special. Great common areas to meet people and unwind. Perfect for solo travelers or anyone looking for a peaceful yet social stay. Would totally come back

The community area was much better, but the water heater wasn’t working as per expectations, may be due to the electricity issue. But the manager at community area was very helpful. He taught us alot of games and we enjoyed alot there. Overall it was great.

the location of the property is good, staff is helpful too. food is very bad and doesn't justify the higher prices charged. Secondly check in time is too odd i.e check out before 10 but checkin after 12. this should be changed. allow earlier checkin for people who have travelled from far with sleepless nights

If you're seeking a memorable stay in shoja, zostel is the perfect choice. I will do that later

The stay was very comfortable. I stayed at the deluxe room (mountain facing. The view was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and also helped us plan our mini excursions during our stay there. The kitchen run by zostel is pretty good as well. The service is prompt and the food is good.

I did not like the hospitality of zostel. The host who is from delhi is not really accommodating for any kind of help or assistance you need. Be it from any room service you require to getting a heater in the room/common area or even a small thing such as closing the main door while you are sitting in the common area since the weather is very cold. I would say don’t stay here instead look for other properties which would offer better hospitality at much lower price. The behaviour of the owner needs to be more consumer friendly instead of making faces on any service you ask for.
