Properties location is not close to any place you will have to take a taxi whether you want to go to shoja or jibhi , the services are slow, some electricity work was ongoing in the village of shoja understandable but where are backups giving us a torch , there should be mat on floor as it's cold there , and there are charges for toiletary?? Why? Isn't it basic?

When we checked in the room, it was smelling really bad. Second thing which happened just after checking in was no water supply (Not talking about hot water, even normal water) was unable to use even toilet because there’s no water, after 3-4 hours the water supply started. Third thing, the Bed Warmers were not working. Overall it’s not at all worth it. I chose Moustache Shoja because of the brand Moustache and the experience that I had in other cities, but this property made me regret my choice.

We had an excellent experience staying at Moustache Shoja. The staff is very polite and the food is just delicious. And the biggest pro of staying at Moustache is the view. The breathtaking view you get once you open the door of your room is just simply inexplicable. It is our go-to place now when we go back to Shoja

My stay at Moustache Shoja was not good. No host was assigned to us, the rooms were smelly, and the property looked untidy with clothes drying everywhere. Overall, a very disappointing experience
