Very Poor Stay Loud Music Band started at 7.30a

very poor stay ,there was a function in hotel's venue and they were playing sound very loud, the function was in afternoon and they started very loud music band from 7.30am early morning, Next to my room there was a small venue which made noise last night also till 1pm , and next day early morning again function music band started from 7.30am and after complaints they did not stopped, entire hotel was disturbed by loud sound and i was unable to slept over night and woke up at 7am , very disappointed. Brand like ITC welcome group should maintain their dignity rather to convert hotel into a Shadi house, I need my complete refund .

Great property, easy to locate, little bit inside the city but was very close to Highway to Bangalore. They’ve opened up the other side, new building with superior rooms, should be worth it. We loved the food in the restaurant as well.

I was staying at the Hyatt Palace and my trip got postponed by a day and they didn’t have room, so I came here to stay. l. It is more expensive and terrible rooms, and terrible service. They asked me if I am single occupancy or double. I told them I’m single occupancy and they gave me a room with two twin beds. Upon asking to change. They refused to. The bathroom fittings and fixturesare cracking up. . They only give you a dental kit and nothing else. You’re expected to call up and ask for more. The internet speed is terrible. The line keeps dropping every five minutes. They do not have an in room dining menu printed and kept on the table like every hotel. You’re supposed to scan a QR code and access it on your phone on a terrible internet connection. The room does not even have a dustbin. The dustbin is in the bathroom. The television unit in the room is a demo unit There is constantly some demo mode message displaying on the screen, which does not allow you to even watch the TV properly. Their intercom has constant hissing sound. You’re not able to hear anybody at the other end. They said they would send someone to fix it, and nobody turned up. This is an absolute pathetic hotel, which Call itself for five star. If you have the budget to spend this much, there are 2 other fantastic hotels in 5km radius, and you will get an experience, you can’t forget. If you want to ruin your holiday, stay here.

It was pleasent and comfortable stay. The service was too good. the rooms were spacious. Breakfast food variety was appropriate. The hotel has Indian as well as chinese food. The cleanliness is too good.

The hotel is excellent in its location, rooms, food both quality and quantity, hospitality, housekeeping and they made our stay memorable in every sphere. Particularly to mention, Srideep Chatterjee was very kind and hospitable to us. Chef Bapu and Vishal were excellent! Every staff was well trained. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly for four days. We will strongly recommend it to all our friends and relatives

The buffet was delicious...... just mouth watering...... Housekeeping staff were very accommodating. But rooms didn't match our expectations in terms of the rates charged..... No views...no balconies..
