I was unable to check in the hotel and my refund is also pending by mmt they said that hotel room is full and there is no confirm hotel booking from mmt side they said that money will be refunded till now I'm waiting for it

There is no tv and hot water is not available in the hostel and cleanliness is not there. Hotel is very far from the city and they don't know the basic manners how to treat the customer
