Villa La Vida by Madvik Retreat

I recently stayed at Villa La Vida, and it was an unforgettable experience! Had an amazing time there! The place is super spacious, with beautiful rooms and a really nice vibe overall. We loved the private pool as well. The projector screen, watching movies was a blast! The staff was friendly and made sure everything was smooth. If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay, this villa is a solid choice. I highly recommend Villa La Vida for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat in Lonavala!

Access to property: From main road it’s a narrow road, pathetic condition, hardly a car can pass. Villa: Property is good however need immediate attention on few things. Bathroom tiles are broken which caused one of our member a major cut on his 3 fingers of one of his leg. First aid box contains insufficient medicines. Showers aren’t functioning properly. Security is major a concern - Window locks are broken, no CCTV installed, regular pest control required. Proper gardening wasn’t done. Swimming pool: No shower room near pool, had to go inside bedrooms to take shower. Entire villa becomes wet. Must put a canopy over sitting area near swimming pool so that people can sit and enjoy during rains as well. Recreation: No proper music system for partying. No indoor game equipments except Ludo and Snake ladder. And for outdoor only badminton is available. Kitchen: No induction top available. Only oven and cutlery, refrigerator is there. Food: Very expensive! In house food is ok, but portion is almost half of the normal. And costly too. Only Zomato is available, nearest restaurant is 7km, min 1.5 to 2 hrs for delivery. (Still recommend to order on Zomato considering high cost and tiny portion provided by villa kitchen) We had placed order a day before arrival just to ensure we get food as per our choice as committed. But they couldn’t arrange the same and we had no choice than to accept whatever was available. That was the saddest part of our trip. Projector: Is chargeable ₹1500 High tea: Chargeable, very expensive Breakfast: Complimentary, was the only thing which was good in terms of taste and portion. Overall property is good, if it is managed and maintained properly. Owner must look into these small issues. Property cost is way higher than amenities provided.

Our stay at this villa was very pleasant. The staff was polite and helpful. The views from both the terraces are the charm of this property. We went during monsoon so we could spot beautiful waterfalls from the balconies and windows. Highly recommend to everyone visiting lonavala!

A luxurious villa, with refreshing mountain views. The staff was very hospitable putting us at ease. A dip in the pool was a cherry on top after travel.

The stay was good and comfortable. The roads were accessible and views from the villa are stunning. Would love to visit again!
