We really enjoyed our vacation here, everything was good. Just 10 min away from baga beach. Property is suitable for group travellers and family

Property was good enough but the service was poor like house keeping was not done, a/c remote was not working, house was not clean properly there were cigrattes buds, basic things like towel shampoo and soap was not provided i had to call care taker then he provided.

The room was under cleaning process since last guest checked out late. We do not provide toiletries but handwash and towel were given later. Ac remote battery was exhausted. The other remote also works on the ac as they are all same brands.

Terrible Stay

This place was very bad. There was a lot of dampness due to which it had a weird smell. It looked like it was affected with fungus. We booked it for 2 nights but we could not even stay there for 2 hours. Never book this property

We offered you a choice from 2 apartments. One of them did have a moist smell from one wall, which has now been rectified after we painted it again. The other 2bhk was pool facing and had no such problem. But you did not like the place and location as you thought it would be like a resort closer to the beach. We even refunded you money thinking that maybe you had another impression of the place and would prefer a resort. That's the best we could do. Fellow travelers, we have three 2bhks and one bhk in the same complex and it comprises of three wings with a beautiful pool, garden and children play area.

Comfortable and secure stay

We are a group of 4 with all girls and planned 4 days trip in goa. We booked for 4 days and also extended the stay by 1 more day as we liked it very much. All amenities like a. C, fridge, induction stove and microwave are in good condition. The balcony is very nice and spacious so you can dry your clothes there. The stay consists of multiple blocks and is very secure. It is very near to calangute and baga beaches which are the most happening places in north goa. The price is very reasonable and the owner and the staff were really friendly and were very responsive. The owner also helped for our travel arrangements and also recommended many good places. The timings are very flexible. We came to rooms in very odd timings without any restrictions. I would recommend this stay to have a comfortable amd peaceful stay at goa. There were no disturbances with the neighbours or anyone in the apartment. There was enough parking for our 2 scootys all the time, which we used to travel around.
