Small queen bed room but ok, good maintainance, ok kokapet location, ok food, ok amenities & good service.

Location is ok, food is average not great, amenities is as per the price they charge right now i. E. 1400/ per night

Hotel staffs are well-mannered. Well maintained neat and clean rooms, with all needed amenities, like geyser, tv, wifi. Went thrice in this year.

Nice stay with my friends at the right place. Owner was very friendly and very helpful during our checkin. Only drawback wc water is not coming.

They have zero service and just looking to earn money. Early check in by an hour extra money please. Which is fine but they called during checkout not politely requesting but telling that after 11am you will be charged this much. When i checked in, i asked if they have water and toiletries they said yes. Then going in room i had to ask for water 3 times. The electricity to room was off, & when i asked they told me to enable from this or that place outside of the room. Isn't that something the caretaker or service staff is supposed to do? wifi was not provided, the window curtains were not working, the doors of washroom & room had issues with locking service is pathetic.

Very good experience. Staff is well behaved. Changed bedsheets on request. Additional space in common area is not charged to you

I was here in kokapet for interview for a day, i found this property in makemy trip, room is good with all amenities like comfortable bed, tv, wifi and food. It's easy to locate, situated nearly 2k from gar 4 infobagh near to orr. Service and food is good. Food once ordered is served at room. One wooden almira is present in the room for the guest. The only drawback is washroom is a bit small. Overall it was a good stay.

Good stay with well maintained homes, food was great only north indian style food available very near to orr.

Know with friends and he only refer this hotel food rates are high better you order it on swiggy and zomato

The rooms were clean, staffs there were good. The view from the room was mesmerizing will never forget that. The hotel is in the good location. It was a couple friendly hotel so if anyone is planning to go there, i would recommend it.

Very good stay for reasonable price. Everything is available. Tiffins, lunch and dinner is also available. But the room is somewhat small.

It's wonderful and good neat and clean maintenance was good and reception department was so helpful in each and every doubts in clarification and good response by them.

The place was really good, rooms were well organised and the washrooms were clean. The ambiance was quite simple and a good place for a stay. It would have been more nice if the rooms were a bit clean enough.

The bed sheets were stinking and pillows were out of shape. Sleeping on that pillows for a day a can cause serious neck pain. They give you only a towel for a room thought you book it for 2 people. If you ask for an extra towel, they behave very strange.
