Townhouse Majestic Inn

Very poor service, toilet terrible water was leaking from pipeline, bed sheet was not clean, room service not up to mark, the category of room I have booked was not provided to me, and I have to pay more for different category room.

And every body knows about oyo service.

please don't go that hotel. room completely dirty they are so rude and asking money for different reasons.room fully dirty and bed , bedsheet very dirty I got skin alarge, seriously waste money to stay.

Room is good to stay but reception asked 800 for early checkin which is not reasonable, bad experience with reception

hotel receptionist guy kicked us out, very rude behaviour. didn't agree to give refund too. worst experience! didn't feel much safe from the area where the hotel is and from the behaviour of the receptionist guy and one more guy who was talking to him (don't know what his role was. he looked at us in a mocking way all the time, don't know for what reason)

when i visited on 24-10-24 at townhouse majestic inn at chennai. The hotel receptionist demand 500 more money instead of bill i paid. Then i call on customer care. They help me and call receptionist not get 500 rs. He also do same thing with the guest comes after me. I am waiting at lounge to solve my problem. I was very much desperate and suffer with my daughter and wife.

Worst response from receptionist, they charged extra amount from guests, they said prices not updated, and they don't provide any receipt for that extra amount. Never book this hotel.

i booked property. when i reached hotel, they refused me from check by saying you booking rate is very low, we want extra money. hotel manager behavior was very arrogant. very bad experience.

it's a very bad experience at the hotel I'll not suggest anyone it's really pathetic they were not ready to give me the room they said you cancel it they'll not cancel cause I had taken assurance I paid 500 rupees extra and for that he didn't gave me the bill yet it's really very bad experience 😡

Great hospitality! the staff were truly friendly.

Good and decent stay. Affordable. Peaceful area where we can stay without any rush/noise pollution. You cannot expect more if you booked

It was worst. 2 of us reached hotel by night 11. I had hard copy of my id proof n the other has soft copy of id proof. Even it’s aadhar id where only number matters. Digital copy is more enough. They doesn’t even bothered and not allowed us to check in

Treebo name was removed. Service was average

They refused to provide the room and asked for extra INR 900. Tried calling Oyo but they could not find any solution. The hotel switched off their phone. After waiting for a long time, had to pay them. Rectify review stars from 4 to 1.
