Hotel Had Refuse to give the room & Also didn’t even give hotel address information to reach there…he said hotel is booked. Not to listen & understand the concern. Even after booking I had to find another hotel. This is Unacceptable.

We stayed at this hotel on 23rd Dec'19. Horrible. So horrible. I don't know how to start describing. We had a flight on 24 th early morning. They gave us room on ground floor. Hotel staff was talking very loudly all through the night. Voices of staff was coming in the room very clearly. What they (staff conversation) were talking about was coming in our room very clearly. All quality of room was very bad. I don't want to remember.

Pathetic hospitality, reception staff was very rude and unprofessional and they were sleeping in the same room which they have given me later on for Stay, I requested for another room they have simply refused it and said only this room is available whether you want it or not
