The ac was not working we stayed without ac and there was no fan also. Rest of the things is good enough

It was very west experience for me because as per your picture i expected and booked but the reality is so horrible

We had a very bad experience. Rooms were dirty, no fans. Rooms were smelling of cigarettes. No hot water for bath.

It's easy to locate, that's the only good part. Rooms are average with missing amenities. There is no car parking space as well, a misleading description. An average stay. Post checking out, i have security concerns on this hotel. Using guest id proofs to stalk them in social media is a violation of personal space, irrespective of gender. I hope the management follows strict rules in maintaining confidentiality of the guests information.

Property was good but the staff who was sitting in the front office first he said no booking in my name afterwards he said my booking is there. Staff was not as much motivated

They are not accepting the booked amount in make my trip app. Charging extra amount. Facilities not good, they not providing television. Improper cleanliness.

I paid but on arrival at the hotel they didn't allow me to check in they charged additional 600 from me, since it was 1. 30 night time i didn't hv any other option, it was my sons exam next day

The property is at a prime location and easily accessible. It looks good and ok for a family stay. But not preferable for more than a day or two. The room is spacious but not clean and stinking. The bedsheets are dirty. Few of the hotel staff are good and cooperative. But rooms require lot of cleaning

Such a worst experience . while checking in, the property manager was asking for an extra amount. he asked for an extra 600 RS. Honestly we can find a decent hotel for this price. They only provided 1 ltr water bottle . There was no kettle, tissue paper, and body wash . AC was creating noise.

additional payment also taken, room & bathroom also not clean, service also worst.. never again visit in this hotel... 🤮

No fan or proper lighting in bedroom broken commode and shower in washroom no plates or glasses provided no water facility or availability horrible experience

A good place to stay while you are business trip

1. The nobs in the bathroom were damaged. 2. No towel or water was sent in the room. 3. A/c was not working. 4. Beds were uncomfortable

Worst experience the hotel has bad rooms, unhygienic washrooms and literally nothing like the one shown in pictures

The room is bad not as per photos and there are no amenities which were said and also no facilities with that the bed is too terrible and door lock is not proper and no telephone to call for service.

There is no room service, dirty room, cheat every guest who booked room from online, charge extra money for staying,
