Total waste property, spiders roaming in wash room, stains in blankets, dirty swimming pool you can't even think of swimming, manager was arrogant. Charging 500 rupees per person for water park access which should be included in room stay, total waste. Avoid this property and save your holiday.

A very hospitable stay

The place is very good in terms of ambience. Prefer staying in rooms with balcony and swing. It adds to your mood in evenings and early morning. Staff is very polite and they keep asking if you need anything and are always attentive. They also hekp arranfe for safari. The car comes to pick you up at the hotel. Though there is no stay facility for the driver, there is a dormitory close by which needs to be paid extra.

familyI am writing to express my disappointment and concerns following our recent stay at property, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations for several reasons. Firstly, we were under the impression that the resort facilities were included in our package, only to discover that certain areas were private and required additional fees. This lack of transparency feels misleading and put a damper on our experience. Secondly, the lighting in our room was inadequate, consisting only of spotlights which did not provide sufficient illumination. Moreover, the inverter in the room was a constant source of noise throughout the night, significantly disturbing our sleep. Regarding the children's area, the amenities were scant – with only a handful of small activities available, which did not engage my daughter and led to a less than enjoyable experience for her. Lastly, I must bring to your attention the unacceptable conduct of the manager when these issues were raised. Instead of addressing our concerns with professionalism and courtesy, his approach was aggressive and disrespectful, particularly towards my wife, which is completely unacceptable. We had hoped for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and it is disheartening to report that our experience was far from it. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and implement necessary changes to improve service quality and guest experience. Additionally, I would appreciate a conversation about how these issues might be rectified to our satisfaction.

Overall ambience of the resort was good but services are very poor. 1. Staff reluctant to provide morning tea. 2. Power cuts. Staff will not switch on the generator till the time you don’t tell them. 3. Basic things like glasses in the room you have to ask for. 4. Tv recharge was done on the second day of the stay. This was informed to them on arrival. 5. Overall not commensurate with the amount of money paid for the stay.

The resort is top notch and should be a go to destination for anyone who wants to witness the wilderness of pench with exceptional luxury. The jacuzzi in the room was totally unexpected. The resort also has very good food and staff is also responsive.
