Terrible Stay

Amenities not provided as per mentioned. Check inas delayed by 1hr, we had to wait outside. Were locked inside our rooms for 3 hr, missed our meals and an imp meeting. Were given a temp room after lock problem and not shifted to other room which was being prepared. There was no power back up, was without electricity for 2 hr even after raising a complaint. No, i checked out yesterday morning so can i be refunded for the last day.

Despite the fact, that our stay was comfortable. It could have been even better, if there were adequate arrangements for food and water. There was no drinkable water. At-least couple of water bottles could have been kept in the empty refrigerator. The linen could and should have been fresh. Pillow cases had not been changed.
