Property location is good, overall experience is good. Indoor play games and a specific kids play area, if made available, would be the best. The outdoor play area is okay.

good place with amazing service. clean.. hygienic.. polite staff and ready to help . little expensive but worth every penny

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed and washroom were good, and all amenities worked properly. The staff was polite and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location is convenient with easy access to essentials. Overall, a pleasant and value-for-money stay. Would love to stay here again.

The Orchid Lonavala is an excellent hotel with good rooms, ample parking and lovely restaurants. We had a la carte lunch and dinner at in-house restaurant and all items were prepared well. Pool is kind of small, but they have a turf ground and a play room where kids can enjoy. Very close to places like Mapro and Starbucks.

Good residential like property, a huge property with big rooms, lavish breakfast, yet a bit of issues with the complimentary hi tea

dinner experience was worst, buffet spread was tasteless. even raised concern with executive chef also. bathroom was slippery no mat was in washroom. poor quality from housekeeping. finally wasted my money in the orchid lonavala. vindhays food was good but service was poor.

The property is well situated. Amenities are good. Staff is polite and helpful. Can work on increasing the variety for veg menu for lunch/dinner.

Hotel location is perfect. major viewpoints in Lonavla are easily accessible. We booked package with mmt which included complementary lunch/ dinner. Dinner menu was very limited for package bookings and had to wait very long time for food to be served. also this they were not able to serve to room only paid menu items they are will to send to your room

Hotel Orchid is located right on the old Goa highway hence easy to locate. Hotel ambience and lobby is great. Breakfast was delicious and variety items were served each day. Hospitality was excellent and so was the house keeping. Rooms were clean. Highly recommended for comfortable stay

Unfortunately my stay at The Orchid, Lonavala was very average in terms of that one would expect from the brand like this and it’s reputation. The rooms were not spacious enough to accommodate 3 Adults considering we had booked and paid for 3 adults. The service on the other hand was also not good as we had to make multiple requests to even get toiletries and room dining Service. Food was again quite underwhelming barring the food we had in their restaurant “Vindhyas” It was my birthday celebration and we had hoped to have an exceptional stay, which was not the case. I really Hope the hotel works on their service and hotel overall.

Overall good experience with family. We had two interconnected premium rooms. Rooms were spacious and new, good interior. bathrooms clean. Restaurant service was good and all the staff was very quick.

One ac went on last night twice my sleeping got disturbed The girl at reception doesn’t know when to call guest I had asked Limbu pani last day they are saying it’s chargeable. Which I wasn’t charged or told before a day. Wi-Fi is not working properly.

we have been to Orchid hotel lonavala for one day stay.we have booked premier room.It was spacious.only thing which is missing is balcony.They don't have balcony to any room.Food taste was good though there were limited items in the buffet.Nearby city so easy to explore other points in lonavala.Overall it was a good experience.
