only one service man Amar Da was available at your services. location was good but services are very horrible.even you can't choose ur menu. food is so expensive. Manager was drunk in duty.

Most 3rd class hotel in mandarmani. Please don't book this hotel anyone. Most 3rd class service provide

The hotel is located at an completely isolated location. No shops nearby. The ac and fan kept on going off. The room service really bad, taking hours to serve simple food.

The site was under construction and we were the first family that arrived on the day. Noticed three construction workers constantly staring at us with sheer perversion. The hotel staff did not allow to turn on the ac even though we were all exhausted after a long and hectic journey. When we were allowed to switch on the ac, water started dripping in large amount from the ac, which in turn made the entire bed wet as the bed was directly under the ac. When we asked the hotel staff to change the bed covers, they gave us a dirty bed cover and asked us to change the cover by ourselves. As we stated reason we wouldn't be able to sleep on the bed as the entire bed got wet, they said, "don't worry, it will dry on its own" this how we were welcomed. Now coming to the first night experience. We were up till late night and suddenly saw right infront of our own eyes, the entire window got opened from outside by one of those three construction workers whom we saw in the morning. It was the youngest worker as we clearly remember his face. He opened our window to steal valuables that were kept on the shelf infront of that window. As we saw him and he stared back at us, realising that we were still awake that time, he fled the scene in an instant and we couldn't catch him even after rushing out of the room and going behind him as he instantly took a different route in the darkness evading the cameras as he was extremely well aware of the placement of the cameras. As we could not catch him and called up the hotel staff to look into the issue urgently, he just asked us to get inside our rooms and mentioned that he would check the cctv cameras in the morning. We were frozen to our bones as we were all scared of our security and could not sleep the entire night. When morning arrived, we asked the hotel staff to show us the cctv footage as that was the only solid proof of catching that construction worker as they were not believing that it was that worker who did it. We saw with our own eyes, but they were not believing. They could not even show any video footage as i mentioned earlier that the culprit evaded all the cameras as he was very well aware of the territory and the camera placements. We could not even charge him without physical evidence and we were left with no choice, but to look after our own security for the next two days. We noticed that we were always being observed by those three construction workers, especially that youngest worker as we had women in our family. Whenever they would pass by, they would pass perversive comments between them and would act as if they did not say anything. We could not even charge them directly as we went there with family and did not want any chaos to harm our holiday mood. We were always feeling threatened. The entrance roads were also horrible as it was too far inside and by far, i mean extremely remote place. Only good thing was the food as the food was very tasty. Overall, it was a horrific experience and had the worst stay at this hotel. If there was an option for giving negative stars, i would have definitely given. Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone in future!

First of all my family was totally dissapointed all services of this hotel except cooked and delicious food. On the way of this hotel is very bad, also bathroom announdated by water, due to maintainance of the hotel condition is very worthless. I did not want to 1 star out of 5. Please don't choose this hotel before construction finished.

The hotel is like abundant property. No proper service no proper electricity nor hygiene and food is worst. It's been like this for last 2 years. Before it was named samrat inn now it's nine in every thing is worst. You should rather stay in your car than this hotel. Even if you don't get any resort don't stay in it. Nothing is good.

The quantity and quality of the food was very good the room was clean and spacious the bathroom was clean

This trip was planned on a spur of a momment, so after not getting any good resort due to the holiday season booked this hotel. Upon arrival the room didn't look anything like described, and was flooded with sand. Housekeeping refused to clean it multiple times. The ac was not working and had to be fixed twice in a day. False sealing had holes in it. The washroom was dirty, no water pressure whatsoever. Food took 2hrs to get ready and choices were also limited. All the foods tasted the same, over-spiced and also over priced. The manager was shouting all day at every staff. This place needs serious maintenance and upgrades.

It is too far from the main market. The location is very smelly. Service is absolutely. Cleanliness=0

Very poorly maintained. I booked for 2 days but left after 1 day. There is no similarity between the photos shown and the resort.

My stay experience was terrible. 1. No wifi provided at the hotel 2. Lights get off while staying in room. 3. Room service was also not good while serving food and drinks. 4. No geysers. Food service was also not good. Ac was not controlled by us. Need to call the manager and get it switched on even then it takes time

Property rate was very high according to service and type of room. They didn't provide complimentary water. Food quality was bad. Only security guard behaviour was good. Very terrible experience
