Hello we were not able to checkin already raised complain about it they refused are checkin it was the worst experience ever we were coming from goa and hotel refused that there is no booking from our end you should do something and instead you are asking about the review

Water issue in washroom,,and AC is not in front side of bed area so some difficulties but it's ok overall it's good. Staff is very good and helpful polite also..

I had the worst experience in this hotel. First of all their location was different on google map. The location on which i booked the hotel and the actual location of the hotel are different. The hotel looked very shady and half of the time there was nobody to attend us. They did not provide proper toiletries and food service. Never booking this hotel again.

The staff was very friendly and polite and there are many restaurants and places to eat nearby. Parking space is good. The rooms and toilets were clean.

Small roam. But clean. And location is good near nizamuddin station. Price are little high according to roams.

Rooms are neat and clean. Good privacy for couples. Staff is good and cooperative. Food service is also available.

Its a nice or comfortable place well cleans staff is very polite no quite place its a good stay with best stay

Hotel give us another room which is totally different from images. That room ac making noises and stop working after na hours. Washroom's flash was not worked. Totally dispoitnteed wit this hotel.

Good but not very good. Location and room is average but overall good to stay 1 or2 days in budget.

More than one property at same location in same business group. So photo because of low earnings will not match what you get

Entrance very bad. Many vehicle stuck inside the premises the room is in second floor no lift my room is in front of kitchen. Ok

Bathroom flush not working all the time. Mosquitos trying to eat you up. Mattress bad quality and kept moving whole night.

Hotel was cozy, hygiene & staff were responsive however the only issue is the price. I thought it’s little expensive.

Property was so dirty

I travel regularly but i never received any good discount on booking hotels or flights, mostly the same price which i paid through mmt, hotel managers or booking staff even offered less amount or sometimes the same amount of the hotel rooms which shows in mmt, and i always face the situation they tell me please don't book through mm t they give there mobile number and tell me to call before booking.

Washroom was not proper clean and not keeping in maintenance. Service was very poor

Hotel staff behavior not good, they talk too much, and they charge extra money, doest given proper hotel information to coustmoer,
