Clean spacious room. Spacious bathroom with perfectly functional amenities. good food quality , and polite staffs. Nice stay. Location is good but 1.3 km far from Dal lake. There are also ample space outside the hotel. Nice behaviour of all staffs.

Food was below average. The staff and manager are extremely pretentious and not so welcoming. They want to make it seem they are helpful but they aren't. Everyone has a friendly facade and tries to loot you in some way. The room was spacious with heating beds. However the water taps were not well maintained and the cold water setting was not working at all. The television had a lot of issues. Tbh it's not worth the price. There are far more better options available for the same price or even less.

familyWe group of 3 couples with kids stayed here in April 2024. We booked three rooms stayed couple of night, It really pleasent experience staying at the Jamawar Hotel. Starting from our arrival staff is very suppotive and quick while responding. Hotel location is near by dal lake and mughal garden. Rooms are very specious in size and clean. Omly thing wanted to highlight is all our three rooms do not have AC heater instead of that they have provided heater blankets and portable heater too. Food quality is good and testy, you will get both options buffet and ala carte which includes veg and non-veg both. Only thing needs more improvement is time taken to refilled few dishes, order also takes time. But since food quality and taste is there so can be ignore waiting time. Owner personally keeps an eye on all the activities also support us for booking cab, guidance on points to vist. One more person is genuinely gem i.e. Mr. Aamir (Manager) of hotel who supported us on all small issues. So overall really great experience staying at the jamawar compare to charges of rooms. Thanks to team, cheers!!!

coupleProperty was new, very nice and clean and beautiful. However there was no lift as mentioned in the mm t profile, the management said the contractor disappeared. So for me climbing 2 floors was an issue. A bit of newness as well, as tv was there but no access to the apps, again was told contractor didn't get it done. So very vague. Overall property is nice and clean and lovely. Start-up issues seem to be there for the management. Very reasonably priced, i wish a little more wow was there in the management

I chose to stay at jamawar for my solo trip to kashmir. The hotel staff made sure that my stay was comfortable. Their hospitality is warm and welcoming. Food was great too. They ensured an excellent arrangement for the local commute as well as my trip to gulmarg and sonmarg. I can say that my choice to stay at jamawar was a perfect decision )

Rooms are well equipped with all basic amenities n provide tea n coffee sets. Washrooms are very neat n clean. I had very comfortable stay in the hotel.
