familyOur family trip involving 2 senior citizens and a 5 year old was made comfortable by the homely apartment setup of 2 bedrooms and bathrooms along with a small kitchen which was sufficiently provided with basic utensils to arrange food for our kid and spacious living room. This apartment setup made us comfortably at home while we enjoyed goa. The location was close to calangute beach and walkable to beach and all food joints and markets. A special call out for the host nancy who helped us all through the trip with her precise inputs on food joints, arrangement of a very good car, taxi for return journey etc. A nice place all together with the apartment being clean. Only small irritant was the dirty common swimming pool in the apartment complex and slightly unhygienic setup of the adjoining flats.

It was a good place to stay with family or a couple or friends. It's near the beaches. The person who takes care of the house is very helpful and of good nature. Helped a lot in planning my trip in Goa. She takes care of us just like a family member. I recommend others to stay here. Thank you 😊

bedroom was having water leakage mentioned of swimming pool but we were not allowed to use the swimming pool as nancy told its only for resort guest. Then don't know what were we? were we not guest ? to many regulations were told by the host do this do that.

Thanks for your review mitesh. Swimming pool was not operational for pvt apt guests for that period u stayed as that was decided by the complex management for some reasons, now it's open for use. Of-course you were my guests of my pvt apt as you booked online for my place and not with resort for their room. The water leakage u mentioned is not from my apt but from the above apt which is looked into by the management, it does not make any guest inconvenience however i have already bought this to the notice to the management earlier and is worked on. These are like homestays serviced apts and every place have regulations of dos and don'ts even at hotels. Apologies for any inconveniences caused to you. I really thank you for being my guests and wishing you all the very best in your future endeavours.

Stayed for a night first i would like to write about the property owner nancy she is the best among other stays i had in goa this is my 5 th time only but no one had been like a friend rather than an owner absolutely a home away home feeling and was very happy and my family for me choosing this option kudos nancy if u r reading this keep going and u r beyond my words and trust me people out there i have done my graduation in hotel and hospitality management so she is teaching people out there how to treat and carry ofcourse there is few patches needed for the property but the great and the way she handle u let it go for sure. Thanks a ton nancy

familyAffordable and host is very coperative. You get all kind of support. Rooms are spacious and clean. It's walking distance from calangute beach.
