Garden Cottage, Dhanolti

We stayed two nights in October. Location and service were excellent. Food was not upto the mark but ok. Amenities provided needs to be better.

The staff are supporting but some amenities like towels and dental kits are missing. After complaining they provide only one towel for use.

Good: 1. Staff was polite and good 2. ⁠Room had a good view 3. ⁠Food was decent 4. ⁠Hot water with Geyser was available throughout the day Bad: 1. Room was overpriced and there was 0 privacy in the room, no balcony and the room had a big window that was in front of lobby and people were walking outside. 2. ⁠The cottage was not clean as such.. the reception of the hotel was within the restaurant 3. ⁠Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty 4. ⁠TV never worked for us and we stayed there for two days 5. ⁠Electricity was not available most of the time 6. ⁠When asked for heater, they charged ₹300 extra 7. ⁠Clip of the door was not working.. luckily there was another door

Bedsheet have cigrette holes and blanket has no cover, mirror was broken, washroom tiles are slippery

One of the worst hotel experience, definitely not value for money. Got a room with no water in washrooms almost 70% of the time, geyser not working, poor service and very spicy and oily food. Highly not recommended.

Staff highly unprofessional, food taste & quality was bad. Poor service & focus of manager was only money. Terrible stay

Amazing staff well professional, if taking about stay, it is very good n excellent views, during stay facing issues in washroom of using geezer didn't get too hot water it's normal warm within hours, rest all things are very good.

I have booked this hotel services and staff was so pathetic, there was no mobile network, they dont have wifi network room was so smelly so i did not stay, i booked another hotel same day.

Very beautifully located property. Serene and chanting. The food quality was good and hospitality very nice. But the in-campus movement is equal to trekking! too many stairs and ups and downs. One would pant and ho breathless to reach the gate. However, overall experience was nice and would recommend for stay.
