Dear MakeMyTrip Support Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent booking with Into the Wild Stays, Dhanaulti. Upon arrival, I found the property to be in extremely poor condition, with amenities that were completely unsuitable for staying with family. The surroundings were unhygienic and unsafe, making it impossible for us to continue our stay. Despite raising these concerns with the hotel representative, they refused to cancel or assist in any way. Due to the unacceptable state of the property, I had no choice but to immediately arrange alternate accommodation for my family. yet my refund request has been declined, which is highly disappointing. Since I did not stay at the property and the service provided was not as described on your platform, I kindly request MakeMyTrip to: 1. Process a full refund of the booking amount at the earliest. 2. Take necessary action against the listed property to prevent similar experiences for other customers. This issue is a matter of both safety and trust, and I urge you to resolve it promptly. Hello Sir, It seems the photos you shared were taken while our staff was in the process of cleaning the property after the check-out of previous guests, which is very unethical. At that time, you had already been provided check-in to a different cottage. Any person, with common sense, viewing these pics will easily understand that a hotel won't provide check-in to a guest with this setup of a room. This concern was never raised with our team members on site, who were available to assist you throughout, and it now appears you are requesting a refund simply due to a change in plans. Regarding the surroundings, our property is located in a remote mountain setting with valleys and natural landscapes all around—this is what makes it serene and unique. For our four cottages, we maintain a dedicated team of three staff members available 24/7 to ensure comfort and safety. We hope this clarification also helps future travellers understand that when visiting the mountains, expecting the same conditions as a metropolitan city is both impractical and unfair.

The room was not at all maintained. There were spider webs, dust all around. No water in the bathroom, had to ask several times, then they arranged.

Intothewild stays is situated at a nice location, walking distance to eco park. The caretakers are nice fellows who will take care of your requirements. You can also pay some money to get a bonfire going. The single rooms are clean and decent enough. There are shops nearby where you can get maggi, momos, chips etc.
