Room service is pathetic. Need to call multiple times for the breakfast in the morning. Had ants infested room.

Hello all (and specially MMT team), while booking this stay I didn't even think that out stay going to be this nightmarish. Let me share it bit detailed so help fellow MMT users so it helps fellow travelers. 1.The check-in time is 2 pm, but even after reaching at 4 pm, only 1 room (out of 4 I booked) was ready (after hurrying them up from 3.45 pm). 2. Rest 3 rooms were not ready until 5.30 pm so we had to literally wait outside of room after having a tiresome journey from different parts of country. 3. After getting into rooms (after 6 pm), we discovered that bins were not cleaned (and previous guests presence was filled into it). 4. There was leftover foods in the fridge, half used tea bags, sugar in the tables. Which suggests no proper cleaning is done but basic one. 5. One of our room doesn't have fridge which was mentioned as part of room details. 6. From the same room the bathroom flush was faulty and continuous leakage and spill of water happening which was not solved even after multiple request. 6. There is no housekeeping during our 2 days of stay. 7. Except two rooms, none of the room didn't have dustbin. 8. Service (if you can call it) and response was very lazy, laid time and not so professional. 9. Room's pillow didn't even had covers so dirts were openly exposed. Happy to assist to make things improve so better experience can be provided but our stay was not smooth at all and specially when we had planned it as our childhood friends reunion trip. Please don't do this with others specially with family-kids groups.

The location was easy to reach. During my stay, I did not face any problem in the hotel. It has clean rooms. The washroom was also fine. The food was ok. Only one thing which we have noticed that the hotel has four buildings. The pictures of rooms they have given on the website did not match the rooms with our building. Thus this is the only thing we have noticed. Otherwise, it is a nice stay.

The hotel is located very close to The main Baga Beach. The rooms are not great but good for The price.

Location is good but room is not good

Very poor, people are also bad.
