Property is clean n safe. House with 5 rooms. Caretaker there who takes care of things. Tea-food etc u need to arrange from outside.

Room wasn't spacious not proper service the guy who was attending us wasn't even informed that guests are coming it was mess yet he was kind so no issues with that guy. That's all

Worst place to stay. No hot water, restaurant or house keeping l. Waste of money

I stay not more then 1 hour. Property was so dirty, ther was not staff, no cooking stuff, i'm not satisfied, i recommended not come there. I'm not satisfied. I'm totally disappointed.

Everything about this property is excellent except the wifi which never seems to be working. In the month of december when i stayed for 10 days it wasn't working and this time around as well it didn't work. Why are the owners reluctant to provide wifi to their guests?

For safety it is very good there is 24*7 security, about location it is very near to miramar beach. And for cruize ride or cruise dinner also. Reception person is also very polite only minus point is there is no attached toilet /bathroom. Its a common. For breakfast there is no variety they will give you 1 or 2 option and limited. But overall nice place to stay. Please provide some small table and at-least 2 chair so people can seat and take dinner!

This property is good but it's not kept well maintained as there were cocroaches in washrooms, beds were not cleaned may be due to lock down it was stinking a bit. The care taker was very arrogant and didn't respond to us properly. He was drunk-ed and slept.

Imagine staying in a hotel in manali in the month of january and you're told that there is no provision for hot water for taking bath. Everything else about the hotel is fantastic though - how much would you rate the hotel? something similar happened to me in this property - there was no wifi for all the 10 days that i stayed here which really is unforgivable. How can you deny the customer the most basic requirement and that too for 10 full days? when i spoke to someone in the karma hospitality office in panaji on the telephone i was told that i would be given a jio dongle and i waited for it for 4 days and when i didn't get it i didn't pursue it further since my vodafone connection was adequately fulfilling my needs. The property, location, service is all great. Before booking call up and make sure the wifi connection and other non-negotiable amenities are available.

I was there for 4 days. Room is very nice at first floor. Breakfast was good but not up to the mark. Wifi was not there. Told many times no response. No special arrangements for honeymoon couples. Due to covid -19. But best place stay in between the city. You can roam from here to anywhere. Location wise best place stay

Everything well maintained and can't expect anything more than that.

The ambience was good, a very quiet place, courteous and helpful staff, homely feeling.

I liked this villa, really comfortable staying and security
