Room Service for food is Ok. No cleaniness maintained on regular on daily basis. Linen not replaced on each day. Bathroom unhygenic condition

terrible service, basic amenities like soap also not in rooms. opted for breakfast but only 2 items to choose from. was shown something in app but reality hit us hard, whatever photos i m posting nothing of that sort was provided. was traveling with parents people were diabetic and had choice of aloo paratha and poha for breakfast. we had train at 11 till 9:30 no breakfast available. had to stand on head to demand breakfast. even morning tea was not available till 9 coz chef didn't come. no basictea kits in rooms, as shown in pictures
