I am happy with the service however the staff should actively monitor the parking space because locals have a tendency to block the pathway or park their vehicles randomly making it difficult for guests to move out in their vehicles. Bathroom could be cleaner and AC remotes more accessible.

Unclean beds and toilet. Bugs everywhere. Room was smelly. Bedsheets and mattress had stains and was torn.

Property lication is on main road near by wonderla amusement park, near by hotel facilities are available it was very helpful.. Zero rupees booking gave us to decide.. Service inside the hotel was not that much great there is no bathtub for asking bathtub it was like an war … and rooms smells very bad and they dont have room spray also .. not that great ..!

Rude behaviour of the manager and ac is not working in my room and fans are also not there. Flush in washroom is totally broken and not operational. Any bucket and mugs are not in washrooms and bedsheets and pillow covers are very dirty. They alloted us two rooms on third floor and lift is not working at all. Drinking water was not available in the hotel and they charged extra for drinking water. In midnight electricity connection was lost so the experience is totally worst . Dont book any room in thia hotel. There is no educated staff at the reception who is able to understand the problem and tries to find any solution

The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with all essentials — Wi-Fi, air conditioning, toiletries, and a mini-fridge. Housekeeping was punctual and thorough. There was also a gym and pool available for guests, both of which were clean and not too crowded. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any queries or requests. 📝 Final Thoughts: Overall, I would rate my stay a solid 4.5 out of 5. The location was excellent, the food was tasty, and the service was professional. A few minor improvements in room decor or check-in speed could enhance the experience further, but nothing major stood out as a problem. Would definitely consider staying again or recommending it to others

Literally a terrible stay no proper response from receptionist. Bedsheet and pillow are so dirty, no wifi, no fan, no power and rooms are so small we can’t able to walk around the bed. Think before you book. Appreciate me later.

the bathroom is not neat, and there wasn't any towel there. I was disappointed for a 1600rs room that has nothing much to offer but two stupid beds

I booked AC room but first two days non AC without fan was given to me . couldn't sleep without AC or fan..3rd and 4th day they arranged AC room and that was quite good.

very comfortable, clean and spacious room and bathroom, easily accessible location. we were in the middle of shifting and were in a hurry. Found this hotel room at a very affordable price in Make my trip. was a bit sceptical at first. but it was better than we expected. overall a nice stay.

The check-in service was pathetic. This property is under OYO . We were denied check-in in the middle of the night & has to wait for half an hour to resolve the issue.

The kids loved it here, and it was a perfect place for families with young ones to enjoy together.
