it was good...but the room are not so well cleaned... otherwise everything is ok and stuffs are well behaviour

Worst experience after they did not provide for more 1hour they said the room was already booked after 1hrs or argument they provide me room without proper cleaning and all and rude behavior of staff all well

The hotel stuff were fine but there was delay in service delivery due to lack of staff. The hotel is situated on the middle of the market so it was very noisy and i couldn't sleep well due to car honking sounds.

Celling fan was not there, also there were mosquitos

They do-not provide room after 2-3 hours waiting, they provide rooms to the person who came late who came after me also but for me they are saying that we are not providing you room because you have already paid for this

Cleaning not in proper, tv not in available in the room towel not provided. Badsheet and blankets not in cleaning

Very unprofessional staff, made demand for extra payment for room. Room is bit old designed.

The hotel owner suggested not to book through makemytrip, i don't know why. Even the payment was completed, he told the booking done through mmt may be cancel-led if the rooms are unavailable. Please see to it. Otherwise from next time, i would find it comfortable using makemytrip. However, this time the stay was very nice and comfortable.

They are so unprofessional and so rude to the people. They denied check in first of all and then asked to come at 5pm which was against the policy. Although my check in was automatically done by make my trip, i was denied to stay there. Pathetic experience

Hotel check in was 12noon but they provide as room at 5:30pm, service was also very bad, and room was not exactly same as pictures

Though i was only in dhanbad for a day but it was miserable because of this hotel. It is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed. The lift was not working so went up the stairs till 6th floor. Then the ac was not working because of power cut. The bathroom did not have a gyser and the hand sprayer was broken. Fully damped room. I guess the only good thing about it is was the location. Situated right on bank more you get access to everything within minutes

This hotel are in very good location in dhanbad and room are also very good abed clean and all facility are available

A little bit shortfall was there regarding washroom, service ok. Bed sheets was not good.
