Very bad experience. Property owner denied room says no room available. Contacted makemy trip. No response from make my trip as well. No refund issued. Hopeless.

We booked 4 rooms but hotel provided us 3 rooms in that 1 room is conference room, no extra beds provided we are total 10 people adjusted in 3 room, room was very dirty, cockroaches are everywhere. Very very bad experience, staff also very rude.

I had a problem with the hotel i booked the hotel on the basis of the picture and paid the amount for two days shown when i visited the hotel, there was a very smell in the rooms and room size was less as expected left the hotel without stay in 02 days
