Property is very good clean and spacious..views from bedroom are so comforting all the electronics are also working properly and caretaker's behaviour was very good as well...my overall experience is good and i will definitely stay at sun 2bhk next time whenever I'll visit mussoorie

The property is located just beside mall road and is really convenient. The stay is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Sagar, the caretaker will help you out with anything you need including help with taxi / scooty or even decorating the place if you’re having an event. Overall a great stay, would 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation in Mussorie. The only minor catch is that the road leading to the property is very steep climb, I would not recommend this for elderly or unfit people at all.

Stayed for a night with my friends. Had a wonderful experience. Cozy homestay with a kitchen. The host Sagar need a special mention. He was nice and cooperative. The property is within Mall road so you have to walk to the homestay as rental two wheelers aren't allowed and private vehicles have dedicated paid parking outside mall road.

For family This 2bhk room is Good. For this valley view look like heavens.

It is a very nice apartment . We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. The staff was very cooperative. They helped us in every possible way. The location of the apartment was very good. We had to climb a few stairs to reach the location. Everything else was very good. I would like to come here again with my family.

Its a nice stay, its comfortable and the view is the main attraction of the property, everything is available within the apartment which makes so much convient for us

The property is not worth the price. Plus it has no parking facility. To park your car you’ll have to go 500 metres away from the hotel. Apart from that the hotel is at least 300 metres away from the main road and there’s no proper road to reach the hotel.

The home stay is located in an average neighborhood. As this was our first time in mussoorie, we weren’t aware of outstation cab not being allowed in mall road. We had to find our own way to get to the apartment. With 3 levels of steep incline to lug bags. Very uncomfortable for senior citizens. Strongly suggest wabi sabi stays to guide guests properly and arrange local cab pickup from library square. The actual apartment was comfortable inside. View was good. Everything was nearby.

Appreciate the homely vibe and amenities; perfect for bonding with loved ones. Thankful for such a wonderful accommodation experience. 😇

Overall the property is decent, good veiw from window, few things needs to be fixed, like door handle, geyser light. Also, a signboard on the entrance to the property would be helpful to locate the property.
