Very dirty rooms. Worms are wondering freely on bed and floor. Dirty smell in room. No service. You have to go to reception personnelly for everything.

Excellent safety precautions were taken by mr bhaskar and his team. Resort management may start facility of drone camera shooting of the activities (optional.

Visited with family. Adventure activities is thrilling. Staff f is very cooperative. Adventure coach and staff (younger group of boys) especially mr bhaskar is very motivator and caretaker by him only we can able to did mountain rappelling. All the staff (adventure boys) are local and depend-ant on this. We must support them.

The location was great with a stunning view of Waterfall

Staff is very cooperative. We are late for breakfast still they arranged breakfast with verities. Good place for visit in monsoon, we visited in summer still we enjoyed a lot, kayaking is awesome. Place is far away from Mumbai but nice to visit.

Stay was good but bit lonely as only few families were there at resort. The local villagers are very helpful and co-operative. Probably good time to visit is moon. Still we enjoyed every bit of activity conducted by local villagers like night walk of around 1 hour, rappling from height of around 300 feet, boating, zip line and Burma Bridge. Need special mention of time spent in pool.

Very good place starting from children to old people. Very friendly staff and manager. All were very helpful. We stayed on 31st December to 1st January 2020. New year's evening celebrations were grand. The place is very nice and away from the City hustle. Food was homemade and veg and non-veg variety was great. Tasty food. Even though the lunch time and dinner time had passed we were given hot tasty food. The ambience is great. Service is very good better than a five-star hotel. Looking forward to coming back. Thanks a lot for the perfect outing. Keep up the good work.

After visiting the Durshet and the Kendall a properties of nature trails, we decided to go to this one. The location of the property is excellent. However everything else is very very badly maintained. We had booked the most expensive room number one which was the waterfall facing room. For a family of four it costed much higher. The room was a complete mess. There were dead insects all over the room and bathrooms, spiders and cobwebs, bedbugs in the mattresses. There was a bad smell. Hot water was not available. The quality of the furnishings was also pathetic. The activities organised by the team were good. However I again repeat that the stay was terrible.

I had read other reviews only after booking and paying for my stay at Dabhosa Waterfall Resort. So I was sceptical about my trip. However, I did not realise that my opinion was going to change. We were housed in the Waterfall view, small room. A decent room with clean bedsheets and pillow covers. It did lack a cupboard. There was a false wooden ceiling. The speed of the fan depended on whether we were on the main line or generator. Would appreciate if they netted the windows, so that they could be also left open at night. There were small insects and ants on the floor but I guess that is part and parcel of living in the wild. The mud steps from the rooms to the reception are worn out with the rain and it is best to wear sneakers for a good grip. Those with leg pain are advised to give this place a miss. Location was awesome. One can constantly see and hear the waterfall. Food was excellent. Even though many have grumbled that there was only 1 non veg chicken dish, I would like to add that it was fresh, well-done, delicious and a different variant for each meal. Bed tea was served everyday and they came up all the way to inform us that the activities were starting. Since the intercom was not functioning, they proactively gave us a mobile number to contact in case of emergency. The instructors were well mannered, honest and extremely responsible. They managed 2 bus loads of kids with ease. They also held my child's hand and brought him back to us along with our bags across the valley where we had completed zip lining. The instructors are alert at all times and equipped with walkie talkies to communicate across the valley. The indoor games room had table tennis but the carron board was broken. The chap at the reception assured us that they would order one from the market. The very next day, a brand new carrom board was brought in. He also guided us regarding the nearby places to visit and where we would be able to get Varli paintings. My advice to all, do not expect 5 star treat, went in a location that is isolated. As long as the room is clean and you are being served hygienic food along with the outdoor activities, it is worth the price.

The rooms are not clean. Ants and mosquitoes were found in room. Only one fan for three beds in a room. Fan is rotating slow. Staff and food were very good. Adventure activities were taken care nicely.

Value for money food. Sport activities are excellent and paisa vasool. Stay is value for money. Very cooperative staff and friendly in nature. Ambiance is awesome during rains.

Location- 5 star, view of the roaring Dabhosa waterfall from the room is amazing. The room should have had french windows. Food - 5 star, you get tasty, homely food here. Quantity, quality, and Variety in the Menu are up to the mark in all the meals served here. Chicken fry is a must-try here. Safety - High safety standards are being followed here while conducting adventure activities. Also, this property is well guarded and monitored through CCTV cameras. Staff behavior- All of the staff here is courteous, well mannered and very helpful. Accommodation - needs improvement, the toilet seat was broken. Basic toiletries were missing though provided later after asking for it. Intercom facility was dysfunctional which very much needed due to spotty mobile network here. We had a two-night stay here but no one came for the room cleaning on the next day. Room service needs improvement. Note- Be ready to use mucky well water in the bathroom as well is insects around the source of light in your room during monsoon.
