Very bad experience Bath rooms beds worst

There was no water in the washrooms. Hot water was unavailable for Bath.

The room allotted in top 3rd floor very hot during the night. lodge located in polluted location. Room service is 0. No person came to broom the room in 4days stay even ask several times. Be cautious regarding surrounding dirty hotels chances for a health problem.

Very near to bus stop and easy to locate as just go few steps forward, you can see the hotel in fornt of you.

Poor service, low maintenance, worst atmosphere

Food facility is good. Room service is also good. I like it very much.
No disturbance, very good and comfortable, felt like our home and I liked hotel service.

Hotel is ok.One can stay there. It is neat and clean but not comfortable. Bathrooms are clean but other facilities is not well maintained. I think charge is more in comparison to the facilities provided.

It was a night mare. First of all i had to wait for 2 hour with my 6 month old kid because they said i do not have a booking. I had called them earlier and had confirmed. I am surprised that you guyz claim no need to call and confirm. Then i got one room and another room 1 hr later. Toilet didnÂ’t have flushes. No blanket...no towel. Though i had booked 2 AC room, it was working only in one. Behavior of the staffs was horrible to say the least. I was feeling like slapping them on the face but kept since i was with family.

Total lack of customer care by reception and working staff. They could not provide even hot water. They did not cooperate for parking my car and I kept it outside. Even after request they did not provide the services. When we requested for small things the staff is arguing and shouting back. At the end they are looking for tips without doing the minimum service.

It was the worst nightmare. As the rooms that were allotted were worst with no bedsheets and pillow covers. Full of bedbugs. It was the worst experience I ever had faced. Worst.

I suggest to maintain some cleanliness in the hotel rooms room is not clean and doors and windows are not working properly. Bed sheets are dirty and the bathroom door is not closing completely. The value of hotel In online is too high than real value.

Good to stay, nice atmosphere good ventilation, some improve in cleaning, room service is average, tv is OK, reception service bit improvement is required, very near to bus stand, shopping area is very near, wash rooms are average, hot water not provided

Staff was not professional and service was too poor. Room is totally untidy with dirty bed sheets and pillow. Told to change it but never changed. Hotel Manager don't know how to check status of make my trip customers and took half an hour to a lot the room and was on call every time.

They started cleaning the room after we checked in. It was with full of cigar smoke. To reduce that they used room spray. Power was not there. There is no generator. Toilet flush was not working. Overall it was very bad experience. Inspite of our information to them about our arrival time, they started cleaning the room, i.e., late in the night about 11 pm.

Need to improvement the facilities to get the families to the hotel. Hotel persons communication is good. Out side environment is also good. Good opportunity to book the room by MakeMyTrip. Overall it is average.

Average hotel in Tirupati and in good location. Room are not very good but the best thing about this hotel is the location of the hotel is the center of Tirupati. You should journey all over Tirupati from here and you have all types of vehicles like taxi, bus from here easily. Room rent was average.
