familyStay was good. One complaint is that the rooms provided to online customers are of lowest features as compared to direct customers. Over all the stay was good for family. The owner was very cooperative and helpful.

The Homestay was too good at that price and the location was quite peaceful and clean. The service offered by this Homestay is excellent, they even booked us a safari ride in affordable price

The room is full of insects. There is absolutely no cleanliness. The dining table picture shown in the description of the hotel is all fake. The bed has bedbugs and I got rashes the next day I slept in the hotel. And it is mostly like a lodging and not a Homestay. Total scam.

I'm so sorry to here about your unfortunate experience and we were shocked to hear that you had a bad experience. We were not made aware of any issues during your stay and we take these matters very seriously. However, we have no record or recollection of any customer experience fitting your story and description. We really appreciate your feedback and I would like to take this chance to comment on your points. As we have already suggest you to keep windows and doors closed as night some insects are coming by attract light as this a hill area, I don't know why you telling lie regarding bedbugs as our rooms are very clean always. The all pictures we have uploaded are not fake the same dining table only available in our dining area. However we are sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you

The rooms and the stay were okay. Overall experience was nice. The only problem was that there were lots of insects and rodents. Rest all was fine.

Good property

It was a nice experience and the property was very good. The location was far from the City so, get back to the Munnar was difficult. The cleanliness, security and the facilities were up to the mark. Room was average but the view of the hill from the room was great. They offer me a cup of coffee and it was great. And, I can recommend the property to others

Down the memory lane

It was a wonderful stay and we woke up to a beautiful mountain lines of Munnar. John and his family were a wonderful host who made sure everything was in place for us whenever anything is needed. It was one of the best stays I have had in Munnar.

We four people group had stayed for two nights in Snow Moon Homestay. Nice home stay in Munnar. Best breakfast & dinner has been provided by Mr. John & family. Nice valley view was there from Balcony. I recommend snow moon Homestay

"Awesome place to stay - wanna visit again"

The location was awesome, surrounded on all sides by greenery. It was a pleasant view on stepping outside the room. The amenities were good. Hospitality was to the point. Value for money. Rooms were clean. Almost all tourist spots easily accessible. Wi-fi facilities available too. What else one wants for a pleasant stay amidst hectic travel. Thanks for the option.

The service is very good. Rooms were very clean. We get nice breakfast and all the amenities were good. Located in the way to Munnar bypass road. Thanks for MMT to give such options to select such good stay.
