Loved the hospitality ! the only suggestion is to have sophisticated heaters in room

The property has all the essential amenities and is very well managed and operated. Food quality is also very good.

The staff of the hotel, especially men were rude and irresponsible. It was like an owner free hotel where staff isn't bother about anything. They didn't ask us for candles, emergency lights when there was no electricity in the hotel. They charge good amount per day but the service, food and behaviour is below average. They should learn hospitality.

I recently stayed at shobla kaath k uni royal e in kullu from 2-3 jun e 2023, and it was truly incredible. The staff was cooperative, the hotel and bathroom were clean, and though it was a bit expensive, the experience was priceless. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway!

We stayed in cottage 2 - spacious and nicely done room with comfortable linens. Nice design for the interior with great views all around (spoilt on one side by the neighbors water tank. The bathroom doesn't have a separate dry area for shower. The cottages have a wonderfully appointed living room with fireplace, great views of the valley and plenty seating - great place to chill our if you booking as a group. It is right in the heart of kullu town. The paragliding landing point was also close by - we walked back to our cottage after the paragliding session. River rafting ending spot for all manali/kullu is also a short drive away. Kaavish sharma the manager was very helpful in arranging the paragliding session for us and directing us to nearby eateries for authentic hp cuisine.

Great food, great hospitality, everything was nice there. The caretaker there named megha singh was very good.

They call it heritage but it is the worst hotel i have stayed in so far. 1) room and washroom stinky 2) washroom floor broken 3) they didn't change the bedsheet and neither towel and washroom amenities. We found the complimentary small bottles of shampoo and soap half used, that proves they didn't even change the same since the last guest used it. 4) towels are torn 5) upon asking we got a complimentary water bottle. 6) in the tea zone- sugar sachet and coffee sachet used by the previous guest still there. 7) finally i got a life shock- when we on the tv it showed the cable line deactivated due to non payment. Each and every word i mentioned above are true and noway even the hotel management and staff can deny it. We first put compliant and to reception and the staff. They took it so lightly by saying sorry. Then the room service staff came and said sorry for every single thing we mentioned above. Then the towel changed, washroom amenities changed, cable paid and restored etc etc. Upon seeing their reluctant attitude of not even getting a single call from the management team to ask feedback or concern, i put this to mm t ( as i paid rs. 5000 for one night stay. Thanks to mm t i got a compensation voucher of 1200 to use in future. But nothing can return the time i wanted to spend with my family in a good place. My vacation in kullu for one day was spoiled.

Stayed for one night with family. Amenities are good, food served is very good, centrally located. Very nearer to bus stand.

Superb rooms and amenities. Manager courtesy was also good. Fantastic stay and would like to recommended to all.

Property location is ideally located in the heart of kullu, the heritage design of the cottage is very beautiful and traditional. One visit is a must if you are coming in kullu.

Really liked the ambience of the cottage, specially the dining area with nice views. Kids friendly but the breakfast was not served as buffet which was a bit disappointing.
