Excellent hospitality. The caretaker is excellent. Value for money. Location is excellent. Well maintained.

It was a an average house boat for stay. Cleaning was good. Hot water and room service available. Outside view are good. Lake market is nearby and sikar is available for boating. Owner of property personally came to meet and helped in all matters. Overall experience is nice

It was good but no basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toothbrush and no free water bottles. So choose wisely.

Good property, good location, and nice view

I stayed at shahnaaz group of houseboats located in dal lake, srinagar and it was beautiful experience, the houseboat is very well maintained, big rooms, dining area, luxury bathroom, large living area with plush carpets and great lightning. The staff were very courteous and the owner pays attetion to guests comfort personally. Definitely recommended. The food served at the houseboat during my stay was also great. Freshly made and very hygienic in the way ot was served.

Had booked for sahnaz group of houseboats, but was stayed at mu-gal e azam houseboat. Was a comfortable stay but a bit expensive, when booked through mmt.

Excellent service. Good food.

This has so many issues such as light bulbs are broken and older interior. Odor and very hard smell was all-time occurred. Full of mosquitoes. Dinner is so so and taste of meal is not upto the mark. I am not suggesting anyone to visit over there.

Though the property is very nice with neat and clean washrooms but the inhouse management is disgusting. Only one attendant for 4 rooms and that too full of arrogance and non cooperative. He made our visit horrible with his cooperative behaviour. We don't recommend booking this house boat at all. Even after charging 15000 per room per night they didn't provide us proper room service, didn't provide us sufficient room amenities, didn't had proper wifi coverage, houseboat didn't had anything to warm our food.

House boat was beautiful, beautiful interiors, lighting, breakfast was good, mainly the view outside house boat was amazing and seeing sunrise and sunset was awesome, appreciate for cleanliness in washroom and bed, big size rooms, sitting area

Pros: view of dal sunrise the decor cons: minor confusion at ghat during shikara pickup touch up needed. But given the lull in tourism, is something understood consider: being a houseboat, the only access is via shikara. So keep time for the additional boat ride time suggestion: offer kashmiri cuisine

Wonderful experience with clean, polite staff and great view of houseboat

The houseboat is very well done up, pretty interiors. It is however far away from the main road and in the interior part of the lake, if you like serenity and peace you go for this but keep in mind you will be slightly cut off from main land. I did not find it too value for money

Pleasant stay. Centre place to dal lake. Quality rooms and service
