Worst hospitality ever.. it took them 3 hours to arrange hot water for us, neither picking up the phone at reception od house keeping. And once we gor hot water to bathe, it took a long time to bring the shower gel.. Next morning, before leaving we didn’t get hot water from tap, rather they got it in bucket. Never felt like a 4 star stay

Only selected food items were available. Hot water supply was on request only . Not worth for money

Average hotel with no good beds. Over priced

The rooms were not at all clean. Breakfast not included in the package. Took 1500 extra to add two kids and gave extra bed for one only that too without breakfast. Very expensive and not worth staying.

Room was so bad bed sheet carpet was full of hair and they said we can change because we don’t have extra bed sheet it was a terrible stay service was so bad.

Room and Food were good but location slightly far from temple, but otherwise premise and staff are good and helpful

We reach at the place and the room allotted to us was not checked prior to entry of guest. There was no hot water and after lot of request boiler was started. Tv was not working and many electric switches was also not working. In the room there is only 2 teabags and there is no extra water. There is no room service available and being asked told that it’s not available and guest has to go kitchen for tea/ water etc everything was mismanaged and we have charges of 5 star hotel and service was pathetic. We don’t recommend this hotel to anyone

It is the best hotel in badrinath. The food was amazing. And rooms were good only issue was we got 1 heater only we needed 2 but that's hotel rule

Hotel was awesome with close proximity to the temple. Service was great and personnel were courteous.

Lobby is not even centralised. Washrooms were not clean. Public toilets are not well infrastructured. Very bad waiting area. Staff was not cooperative. Food was not upto mark. Doesn’t seem like sp reputation

Phn was nt working … even after 1000 complaints… no action initiated… hv to go down stairs again n again even for a tea… no room service… no cleaning service… no good facilities… they were taking 750 rs per person nd I have waited 1 hr for 1 roti… still not received… paneer was finished and they insisted to hv khichri only so I have paid 1770 for khichdi only… no warm water … only for show of maintenance team was running here n thr… it was so cold and they dnt even know why hot water is. It coming…. Terrible stay… wil never go back hotel… washroom flush was also not working… I hv paid for one day …. Want my refund completely

Room heater is not there. There was huge lighting problem. Due to lighting problem, water is also not coming hot.

I had booked 3 Rooms , All rooms were not updated. Bathrooms were also not in good condition. Food was ok.

Food: food is good but limited choices. Room ambience: poor, no hot water night 11pm to 4am. Also, very small thin hot water flow. It will take a minimum 30 minutes to fill half of bucket. No credit or g pay facility. Need to settle in cash. House keeping is an issue and infrastructure needs proper maintenance and supervision.

Clean, hygienic hotel. This is our second time stay at this hotel. It is little far from the temple. But worth the stay. Good hot food. Catering to vegans, like us too. Helpful staff. I recommend it.
