If you love staying close to nature, no other place to look for in kannur. Please note: food is not available there but they have home delivery options from nearby hotels which is there two km away.

The property was not up to the mark. The room was average. The property was not situated in a proper location, it was a little hard to find. The food was average. Not going to recommend this property to others

Stay was good, location of the property was awesome, property was clean and rooms were also very clean, but housekeeping was not available, professionalism of the staff was not less, facilities were less, and food verities was not available, they only serve South indian food, so if they can serve more verity the food then it will be great. Overall, a very good stay.

Comfortable and well-located property. The rooms were clean and relaxing. Staffs were very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was good at the property. A must be recommended the property to others.

It was fantastic atmosphere, cleanliness is very good, with help of GPS you can easily locate the place. Highly recommended for family trip with a great peaceful privacy (only two rooms available) surroundings and beach view also excellent. Feel like home.

The place was at a beautiful location but it was difficult to get food and cabs around here but it was a nice place to unwind and relax amidst the city chaos.

The location was nice but, to reach there was a little difficult. No arrangement for food at the property also, no nearby restaurant available but, they provide the self cooking facility. But it is not possible for us to cook. The stay was not like as per the expectation. Firstly, I book the non ac room they were not in the condition to be live in, then I pay the extra money and book another ac room that was good. The property is not safe for Solo travelers, as there is no security guard. The property is good for those going for the long tour with the family, and can also make food by them self. Only one attendant was there and he was not available all the time. There should be an attendant who will be there all the time. The property needs to be properly maintained. Otherwise, it is a recommendable property.

Place is located right near the Beach and gives you a private Beach experience. If you want to get away from city's chaotic life, this place is perfect

It's very rare you find places like sagar heritage the rooms, the view, the service of the caretaker, everything is just perfect, we loved every it of it, will visit again in January.
I had wanted a weekend getaway, silence, peace of mind, and close to nature, and i got just that. Loved the stay, the food was excellent, the caretaker was friendly and approachable. The view of the beach was mesmerizing, you could spend a lot of time just enjoying the waves and the sunset we were lucky to see dolphins. There is no disturbances from neighbors or general public. Planning to visit again in January.
