Royal Service Apartment | Rooms & Caretaker

Excellent stay. Room and bathroom was well cleaned. Outside food allowed. Complimentary breakfast at the apartment was delicious. Walking distance to good pubs, restaurants, and all commodities.

It was a nice stay! only few suggestions, for families they should provide room on lower level, though the room we stayed in was really very nice and spacious, we loved it! food quality was good!

They show this standard picture in the app but actually the rooms are very basic with just bed. When asked about it they say it is just pictures and does not mean we will get rooms like that. After asking several times they changed the room. They have included breakfast and very little effort in the same, they made up up-ma for the breakfast. Very average stay.

It was the second time i was booking this place for my stay and it has been an awesome experience for me

Amazing stay thanks to the the caretaker

The apartment is located in a prime location so there are many eateries and fine dining options around. However one thing i didn't like about the property is the are caretaker at times leaves the apartment locked and leaving the keys out. I faced this and had to wait outside the apartment and kept calling his no. And one of his no. Wasn't reachable. Finally could reach him on another no. And then he told me where the key was available. This could have been avoided if he had informed me in advance where to get the keys in his absence. This definitely compromises the security as well.

The location of the apartment is good, but not value for money at all. Dirty room, bathroom full of leakages, unwashed blankets. There is no security at all in the apartment, society has an security but even they also don't bother that who is coming & who's going

Loaction n the Apartment was excellent. Caretaker Bhaiya was good at cooking home made food worthy n tasty. Loaction is the highlight and the premises is excellent.

I think overall experience was average. They should improve the cleanliness a bit. The caretaker was good but the kitchen was very dirty n lift was also not working in the evening

The location was really nice. Every amenity was near by.
