Location was good, buffet breakfast was awful (never on time, never had all dishes, sometime tea was missing sometimes another dish, service was ok(sagar the manager was good ) amenities were not of any use. Location and surrounding was smelling badly. Felt like you had a publish toilet next to your rooom smelling horrendously

All over hotel is good, but some things were not up to the standards, like - 1. No cleaning of toilets 2. Delay in breakfast 3. Amenities like coffee, sugar, tea sachets, no cattle was available, have to ask for them.

Location/property is very nice near calangute beach but experienced a lot of problem with service and room cleaning. During breakfast time, hours of delay in getting your order. Even the staff needs reminders of food order otherwise they will forget about it. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean.

Location of property is very good and 24x7 restaurant facility is an added advantage for passengers who loved to explore nights. Complementary breakfast from hotel was not up to the mark and i suggest don’t book room with breakfast option.

Location is good very close to the beach. Management is poor. Most of the services doesn't work properly including ac, tv, hot water. Food is good. Cooperative staff.

The place was so dirty bed sheets had stains cockroaches all over the room. Deluxe and super deluxe room both same no difference but charge extra. Bed was broken. Shitty service. Last year the same hotel was much better.
